• Where is the store based?

  Houston, TX

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It takes between 1-3 days to process the order and 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, domestic only.

• What are the condition of the items?

  All items are brand new or gently worn pieces of clothing from my personal closet that are in excellent condition. The items are either dry cleaned or washed before shipment.

• Will I get a tracking number?

  Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

• Can I get my order expedited?

  You can pay an extra fee to have your package expedited. Please e-mail me for rates.

• Do you ship to unconfirmed address via PayPal?

  I do not ship to unconfirmed addresses.
